In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling — whether voluntarily or by order of any authority — and no such exclusion is currently in effect with respect to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bo178 employee or contractor in a role that involves direct access to operational or game-configuration systems.
• The funds you deposit into your Account are your own legitimate funds, free from any criminal or fraudulent origin.

bo178 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bo178 Account. bo178 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bo178 may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate Accounts, consolidate balances into the oldest legitimate Account, or forfeit all balances across the duplicate Accounts if fraudulent intent is apparent.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify bo178 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

bo178 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

bo178 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt. bo178 targets instant crediting for all supported deposit channels, subject to the availability of the relevant bank or payment provider's systems. bo178 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotional offer. bo178 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which bo178 accepts no responsibility.

bo178 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual Accounts, product categories, or payment methods at any time, in accordance with its responsible gaming and risk management obligations.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the bo178 Account interface. bo178 targets processing of withdrawal requests to verified Accounts within five (5) minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next available banking business day, depending on the destination payment method.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of bo178's compliance team.
2. Your withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or an alternative method that has been approved by bo178 support.
3. Any applicable turnover requirements on deposited funds linked to a promotional offer must be fully satisfied.
4. Your Account must not be under active review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms breach.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. bo178 does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard requests. Expedited processing is available to Platinum VIP members as part of their membership benefits.

bo178 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of Rp 10.000.000 or above, which may extend processing time. Members will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required.

bo178 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Lebaran, and the BRI Liga 1 season opener. All such promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Turnover requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer. Unused bonus credits expire upon the deadline.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games and markets (as specified in each offer) count toward turnover requirements. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, certain togel (numbers lottery) markets, and low-margin sports markets — may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus credits may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfying the relevant turnover requirement.
• bo178 reserves the right to withdraw a promotion from a Member who is found to be engaging in low-risk, matched, or arbitrage betting strategies solely to satisfy turnover requirements.
• Promotions are not available to Members who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

All bets placed on the bo178 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product category — Sports Betting, Live Casino, togel (numbers lottery) markets, Slots, and Esports Betting — as published in the Help & Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule prevails with respect to the settlement of that wager.

Sports Betting: Odds are quoted in the format selected in your Account settings. bo178 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, data feed error, or where an event outcome has been affected by circumstances outside the ordinary course of play. Bandar bola (bookmaker) lines on Indonesian domestic competitions, including BRI Liga 1, are offered subject to market availability.

Live Casino: All live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be settled according to the relevant game's documented disconnection policy.

Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced directly from the official output of each pool operator and published on the Platform within minutes of the official draw. bo178 accepts no liability for discrepancies arising from late or corrected official results, but will re-settle affected markets promptly upon receiving confirmed final data.

Maximum Payout: bo178 applies a maximum single-event payout of Rp 500.000.000 per Member per day across all product categories, unless a higher limit has been individually agreed in writing with a VIP Account Manager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bo178 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event listed on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are void and will be removed from your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bo178 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or game logic.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

All content on the bo178 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, user interface design, game assets, and software — is the exclusive property of bo178 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bo178 content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any bo178 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bo178 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Indonesian and international law.

bo178 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bo178 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and betting activity for the purposes of Account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. bo178 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, KYC verification services) strictly on a need-to-know basis and under data processing agreements consistent with applicable data protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bo178's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the Platform or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bo178 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in the Platform's availability caused by circumstances beyond bo178's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or acts of government authority.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bo178's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

bo178 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Members. The following tools are available to every Account holder at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be reduced with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all bo178 marketing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your full Account balance before the effective date.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bo178 holds its international operating licence. bo178 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to the regulatory requirements of that licensing authority.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bo178's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. bo178 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by bo178's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
